We're a small UK studio. We collect the minimum we need to do good work, we keep it safe, and we'll always tell you what we have on file.
Who we are
Glasswork Analytics Ltd, registered in England & Wales. You can reach us at enquiries@glassworkanalytics.com. We are the data controller for this website.
What we collect - and why
- Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, what you wrote in a form or chat). We use this to reply to you and discuss your project.
- Conversation content with our website AI agent. Your messages are sent to our hosted AI provider so it can reply. We keep transcripts for up to 30 days to improve the service, then delete them.
- Strictly necessary technical data - session, security tokens, your cookie preferences. Always on; the site can't work without these.
- Analytics (opt-in) - anonymous, aggregated usage stats. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.
- Marketing measurement (opt-in) - only if you click in from one of our ads, so we know our budget isn't wasted on the wrong audience. You can switch this off any time.
Cookies
We use a single “strictly necessary” cookie to remember your consent choice. Optional analytics and marketing cookies only load if you accept them. You can review or change your preferences at any time: .
Lawful basis
- Necessary cookies / handling enquiries - legitimate interests in running our website and replying to people who contact us.
- Analytics & marketing cookies - consent (you actively opted in via the banner).
- Project work after you become a client - performance of a contract.
Sharing
We use a small number of UK / EU-based processors (hosting, email, AI inference, analytics) under data-processing agreements. We don't sell your data - ever.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to certain processing, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email us at enquiries@glassworkanalytics.com and we'll respond within one calendar month.
Retention
Enquiry messages: 24 months. AI chat transcripts: 30 days. Project files: for the life of the engagement plus 6 years for tax/legal reasons. Analytics: aggregated only, retained for 24 months.

When we make material changes to this notice we'll re-prompt you to review your cookie preferences.
